The Fourth

Here is a little 4th of July Anderson Family Recap...

 Being that it fell on a Wednesday, we were actually in town this year. Normally we are camping on the forth. On Tuesday we went to the Eugene Rodeo, which is just over the field from us.

We met up with our friends, the Schnider's

Our friends came over that night for dinner and fireworks.
We celebrated Traci's birthday with firework cake!

Over the weekend, we soaked up the sun camping at the lake!

The weather was perfect and we spent quite a bit of time floating around on this...

We had a wonderful jammed packed 4th of July week. We feel so fortunate to be able to celebrate our great country with our friends and family! God Bless America !

Thursday night we headed down to FanFest at the Olympic Track and Field Trials. The weather wasn't fabulous but that didn't ruin our fun! Ella had a great time running around exploring all the different activities and booths. Although, I think that her favorite two things were riding the bus and eating kettle corn. 

Oh, by the way.... we are going on a week and half of potty training. Ella is doing great! We are so proud of our Ella Boo!

Sara and Aaron's McCall Wedding Weekend

My best friend Sara got married last weekend in beautiful McCall, Idaho. 

McCall is a beautiful little lake resort town. 
Sara and Aaron lucked out and had perfect weather!

After the rehearsal dinner, we all hung out at the cute little beach area and roasted smores' and celebrated tomorrow's big event! It was great that everyone got to make it!

Photography 101

Several months ago my lovely husband bought me 2 one-on-one photography classes. I've been putting off taking them till school was out. I went for my first class on Tuesday and have had a blast practicing using manual mode ever since. It's been a bunch of trial and error, especially with a two year old model.
