Holly Jolly Christmas

 

It's been a holly jolly Season! We celebrated it by hosting and attending 4 FUN Parties!

The first was my staff holiday party at our house!

These are my lovely teaching partners! Love these girls!

The next night we went over to Mark's Dad and Joyce's White Elephant Party!

Liv met a friend named Emma, only a couple of weeks older then her! She is super advanced, can't believe she is already sitting up!

I love this picture of Elle, she looks so grown up!

That same night we went to an adult only Christmas Cocktail Party

This picture says it all! Nuff Said!

The next weekend, we hosted our annual Christmas Pajama Party! I look forward to this party every year! Pretty soon their will be more kids then adults!

Ella got to play Santa for all her friends, earlier that day she picked out small gifts from the dollar bins at Target. So Fun!

The next night, we did a little "North Pole" trip to look at Christmas Lights!

We got in our pajamas and drank hot chocolate!

 Both girls fell asleep immediately, we missed our nap that day because of the long line to see Santa at the mall.

We woke her up just in time to see this! It's been so fun to experience Christmas again through the eyes of a child!

That's one Jolly little girl!

Merry and Bright

We had a fabulous Christmas! We are now suffering from a little bit of a holiday hangover! I just uploaded 500 pictures I need to sort through. These two got completely spoiled by their grandparents and Uncles and Aunts! Thank you everyone for all your lovely gifts and loving our family!

Tonight before bed we got a little special treat...SNOW!

 In fact, it was Alivia's first snow!

The next morning Mommy had to go to school :(... so off to Jill's the girls went!

The Start of the Christmas Season

We started out the Holiday Season by going to the Springfield Christmas Parade.

 She was pretty excited about her first parade!

All the noise woke Liv up just in time to watch her first parade too!

 I love this picture because this is the moment she spotted Santa. She had been waiting the entire parade for Santa to come!

 Sunday, we went on our annual tree hunt with Mark's mom and family

 It was a little rainy and cold but we ended up getting this 12ft Spruce tree.

 While it looks beautiful, this tree has been a big thorn in our side. Literally! This tree is sooo spiky that its been like I've been decorating a cactus! I had to wear two layers and gloves to put on the lights, Never again will I get a spruce!

 This little Elf named Sam came to visit to help report a certain little girl's behavior to Santa!

 We have been having fun with this diy advent calendar every day.

 Most days Ella gets to open one of her many Christmas books that I wrapped up. Yesterday Ella got to decorate a little gingerbread house!

This funny little girl  zipped up baby in her jammies!  She has quite the sense of humor.

My pretty girl with her newly acquired battle wound on her forehead. That story is deserving of its own blog entry.
