Getting into the Olympic Spirit

We've been getting into the Olympic Spirit by hitting up the All-Comers Meet at Hayward Field last Wednesday.  Ella started out with a couple of successful softball throws.

Next we hit up the long jump,

it was going great till she veered off at the last moment.
She did try it again and ran right through the sand.... she made some progress:)

Staying hydrated in 90 degree weather!

The last event was the 60 meter run...
She cried the entire time she was waiting to run... not embarrassing  at all!
She wasn't quite the running champ her daddy was below..
I love this picture of Mark.

In continuing the sports theme, Mark got the seat hooked up on his bike..
Ella loved cruising the neighborhood with her daddy!
Oh, in-case your keeping track... only a week and half till my due date! We can't wait to meet Sweet Little Sister!

Just a few pix

I'm officially 38 weeks pregnant and we've been busy getting ready for little sister to join our family. I haven't done the best job taking pictures these last weeks. Here are just a few that I did take of our "science exploration day" and a couple at the Man Room Party.

I pinned a few fun activities off Pinterest

Last Thursday, I  celebrated my 4 year anniversary with this handsome guy!
I'm so lucky to have such a wonderful husband and partner! Love you Buddy!

Earlier today we set up several things for little sister,
I came into my room to see this
and this.
She is sooooo excited for sister to come.
She loves to look through all of sister's things and talks about her all the time.
Hopefully we'll get little sister's room and Ella's big girl room finished this weekend and I 'll try to post some pictures.

The Fourth

Here is a little 4th of July Anderson Family Recap...
Being that it fell on a Wednesday, we were actually in town this year. Normally we are camping on the forth. On Tuesday we went to the Eugene Rodeo, which is just over the field from us.

We met up with our friends, the Schnider's
Ella was really getting into the action.
My favorite Cowboy and Cowpoke!
All-American Cutie!
She absolutely loved this dress. She has wanted to wear it everyday since the fourth.
Our friends came over that night for dinner and fireworks.
We celebrated Traci's birthday with firework cake!
Over the weekend, we soaked up the sun camping at the lake!
The weather was perfect and we spent quite a bit of time floating around on this...
We had a wonderful jammed packed 4th of July week. We feel so fortunate to be able to celebrate our great country with our friends and family! God Bless America !
