Spring Break Baby!

Here is a recap of our Spring Break Week! I Loved Spring Break because I got to pretend that I'm a stay-at-home Mommy. As always, the week flew by and now I'm back to work...
back to reality!
Our week in photos..

Monday
We went to the Oregon CBI game at Matt Knight Arena. We got there a little early, so we hoofed it up to the upper level to check out the views. Mark and I both commented that we should of added an extra coat of deodorant after that trek. We had great seats and the Ducks won!

Tuesday
We headed over to Lucas' house for a playdate lunch!
Look how happy Boo was to go see her friends...

and Dakota was so happy to see Ella too! She hugged her long enough for me to fish my camera out of the bag and snap this shot. Dakota is a little sweetie!

The only way I could get all three is a photo was to contain them in Lucas' crib. Hilarious!

Wednesday
We are off to run more errands. We met Grandma for lunch and then hit our favorite store... Target!

At Target, Ella got a new cute suit.
We needed a mood changer that evening, so Ella did  a fashion show for Daddy!

Check out all that hair, now we need some to grow in the front!

Thursday
Cleaning day! Ella is quite the little helper..

 vacuuming

and straightening the rug

 Love the shirt Jenny!

Friday
We mostly hung around the house, enjoying our last
weekday of break!
She discovered the blinds and Loves to play in them!
We also started painting the bathroom on Friday and finished it up on Saturday...
No more 90's bathroom! Yes, I said 90's not 80's.
I'll post some picture soon.

Saturday
Birthday Party Day!
Miss Dakota had a really great party at her grandparent's house.
Happy Birthday Dakota! We love you!

Sunday
My dad's cousin Roger and his wife Marge were here visiting from Minnesota, like they do every March. This year Mark and I hosted the annual shrimp and fish feed at our house.
This is the only pic I got of Roger.

The Groshong girls came over for the party. Ella had so much fun playing with her friends in tutus.

Time flies when your having fun! Hopefully this spring will do the same, I'm ready for summer break!

Silly Boo

Our little silly Ella Boo with her tights on her head.
She spent the entire night like this. She loves to make us laugh.

She also thought that this was very funny.
Note to Mommy- keep the bathroom door shut at all times.

Love this little smirk!

This week is Spring Break and I'm enjoying every moment with my little Silly Boo!

Chasing a Little Leprechaun

I had this post all ready to go about a week ago and then suddenly our computer stop working. I blame that little leprechaun that visited our house last week. I was never able to catch that mischievous leprechaun but I was able to snap a few pictures.

As hard as I tried, I was never able to catch that little leprechaun.
Maybe she'll come back next year.

Weekly Wrap-Up

Here are some of my favorites from the last week

Wishing it was warm enough to play outside. Hopefully soon!

We try to spend a few minutes out on the swing when it's not raining... which hasn't been very much lately.
Love the swing pics! Pure Joy!

On Sunday, Ella had a playdate with her best buddies, Dakota and Lucas. My friend Beth from high school was home visiting from Philadelphia and she and her daughter Ellie Kate came over too!
These three girls are only about 3 weeks apart each.

What Cuties!

BFFs
BFFs doing what they do best... snacking
Maybe they inherited that from their mommies!

Lucas trying to get as far away from the ladies as possible.

Her bottom teeth are almost all the way in and her top teeth are not far behind.

My little Goofball!

Her new favorite toy- Diaper Wipe. She loves to wipe things down.
I say go for it... Mommy needs help dusting!

She also uses the wipe to do her new trick,
she will wipe her face on command!
It's pretty cute!

Only 4 more days till Spring Break! Yahoo!

Walking Fool

Ella has turned into our little walking fool. Crawling is soooo yesterday, walking is all the rage at our house. It seems like she went from a few steps one week to cruising the next. We are so proud of our baby... I mean toddler. Gulp... Tear..
Where does the time go!

Sunday Stroll through the Park

In the last week, Mark and I have notice that Ella is now starting to pretend play. She loves to play with an empty bowl and spoon, her baby doll and stroller, and most of all... my cell phone.
She holds it up behind ear and says Hi, Hi. Hi, HI, HI!!
I also heard her say Dada, Dada tonight when Mark was working late.
...Absolutely adorable!
